Mushroom
Galumphing through the daisy field
I saw the megatonnage yield
The mushroom cloud began to billow
A blooming, burning, deathly pillow
I felt the burn, I gasped for air
I clawed and sputtered like a bear
My last thoughts were of my
Overflowing debts and where
my fellow poets would see fit to end this verse
