The Snoring Sombreros
I've never known a munchkin like you, Nadine.
you are the goofiest thing i have ever seen
You like to wear striped hoopskirts and sombreros
And a sporty golden ring in your nose.
I've never known you to be guilty of snoring
(I would suggest that you are frequently boring.)
And yet there's something about your doughy face
Between your ears there is an awful lot of space
I've never known a gryphon like you, Marvin
Your ribs show through - are you starving?
And yet there's something about your cloven ass
Enough to excitate the most demur lass
I've never known you to be guilty of sneezing
(I would comment that it is quite unpleasing)
You like to wear red bluchers and pantyhose
And pocket watches - three of those.
I've never known a hunchback like you, Bertha
Did you misspend your youth as a surfer?
And yet there's something about your turtle beak
It is appealing to my inner geek
And now I must conclude this touching paean
(Dedicated to my best friend Ian)
And yet there's something about this doggerel
It's almost enough to defrock a girl
