Never Wake, But Often Dreams
A bleeding broken heart
Was mailed to me the other day
I ordered it from a catalogue
Fifty dollars did I pay
A spitting kangaroo
Was knocking loudly at my door
Expectorating git!
I fainted on the floor
An old and rusty spoon
The vicious 'roo did bear
He tried to jam it up my nose
The sprongy-legged quare
I drained my trusty tinnie
I wiped blood from my brow
If I must fight agin'e
I'll use Nasdaq and the Dow
