Incompetence, Incompetence
Whilst painting the ceiling, the artist remarked:
"Who painted this ceiling before?
I could have done painting like that in the dark,
With felt-tipped pens held in my jaw
"Who crafted that rhyme?" said the poet,
"And whose was this palimpsest once?"
I could have just crapped out a much finer verse,
Though as a poem this should be terse
Lord preserve us ...
