My Aunt's Astonished Parakeet
Repetition twenty-fold is what I really crave
Any time you choose to recommend it
But, bear in mind, prolixity is repetition's slave
Which is, of course, the reason I portend it
Repetition thirty-fold makes poems so supreme
Surely none would claim they could be bettered
By stretching out just one more time the empty form of words
The intellect's pretensions can be fettered
