Poor Semblance Of Artistic Metaphors
Prodigiously attractive
My dainty darling Violet
In autumn colours framed
Your orchid eyes steal glances
That hint of timeless joy
And passion barely tamed
The deck of love is stacked, if
You'd only let me deal, and yet
I'd feel a bit ashamed
If love were shy of chances
To foster "girl meets boy"
Or other, rarely named
